                                                                 Once upon a time.......


Shan Nong, in 2737 B.C. always boiled his drinking water. One day while he was in his garden an accident occured and some leaves dropped into his boiling hot water. The smell was so fascinating that the emporer decided to give it a taste. The Emperor, upon drinking his water, had his taste buds tickled.
From then on he insisted there be tea bushes at all times in his garden.The custom of brewing fresh tea leaves in hot water spread rampantly.
